Tuesday was sheep day at the Johnson County Fair, with numerous sheep shows throughout the day, the Sheep Feed, Sheep Lead Contest and the Sheep Dog Trials wrapping up the day.

After some well-publicized fund raising events during the last year, it's been rather quiet on the Cowboy Carousel front recently, but the committee has still been busy getting ready for the next phase in the project's development.

The 2013 Johnson County Fair and Rodeo kicked off on Sunday and will continue all this week, wrapping up with the final rodeo performance next Sunday, August 4th.
