The first big snow storm to hit the area late last week had wide-spread and varying effects in Buffalo and Johnson County.

Buffalo City Works Director Les Hook brought the first change order from the NW Water Pipeline project before the city council for their consideration at their last meeting.

Hook said the change order deals with some of the easement problems associated with the line, and he explained
