As the City of Buffalo has been adopting new building code standards over the last few months, City Building Inspector Toby Rhoades has been holding meetings to give local contractors an opportunity to learn what regulations and standards have changed with the adoption of the IBC 2012 codes.

LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - The University of Wyoming is offering a new undergraduate program in professional land management.
