State Senator Dave Kinskey, who was appointed to the position when former Senator John Schiffer recently passed away, will speak at a luncheon hosted by the Buffalo Kiwanis Club on Monday, Aug. 25.

At their latest meeting the Johnson County Commissioners heard County Planner Rob Yingling's report.
