CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Oklahoma State Provost Robert Sternberg has been named president of the University of Wyoming. The UW Board of Trustees unanimously decided on Sternberg on Tuesday. Sternberg becomes the 24th president of Wyoming's only four-year public university.
