...THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS IN SOUTH
CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST MONTANA AND NORTH CENTRAL WYOMING...

TONGUE RIVER NEAR DAYTON AND BIRNEY

YELLOWSTONE RIVER NEAR LIVINGSTON

LITTLE BIGHORN RIVER NEAR HARDIN

BOULDER RIVER NEAR BIG TIMBER

CLARKS FORK OF THE YELLOWSTONE NEAR BELFRY

SHIELDS RIVER NEAR LIVINGSTON

STILLWATER RIVER NEAR ABSAROKEE

.VERY WARM TEMPERATURES TODAY AND MONDAY WILL CAUSE MOUNTAIN SNOW
MELT TO INCREASE DRAMATICALLY. AS A RESULT...THE POTENTIAL EXISTS
FOR SIGNIFICANT RISES AND FLOODING ON AREA RIVERS BEGINNING MONDAY.
IN ADDITION...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AS A RESULT OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS IS POSSIBLE LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT. THIS
ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION MAY ENHANCE THE FLOODING POTENTIAL. THERE
IS STILL UNCERTAINTY AS TO HOW FAST RIVERS WILL RISE AND THE EXACT
TIME AND EXTENT OF THEIR CRESTS. COOLER WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO SLOW
DOWN THE SNOW MELT BY THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
