SHERIDAN SOCCER SPLITS WITH GILLETTE

LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Lady Bronc soccer team lost their conference match in Gillette last night the final was 2-1 the Lady Broncs fall to 6-3 on the season.

They are off for the rest of the week and will play road games at Laramie and Kelly Walsh next week.

BRONC SOCCER - The Broncs hosted Gillette last night they jumped on the Camels with two quick goals in the first half from Riley Ryan and Gabe Dahmke.

They added another from Colby Wollenmen in the 2nd half and shut the Camels out 3-0 Head coach Kevin Riser.

SHERIDAN VS GILLETTE IN SOCCER ACTION TONIGHT

LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Lady Broncs will play at Gillette this evening the Camels won the first game of the year between the two teams 3-0 in Sheridan three weeks ago.

The Lady Broncs are 6-2 overall and 3-2 in conference play Head coach Tom Racette says he's pleased with the first half of conference play.

Gillette shut the Lady Broncs out in their first meeting, the Camels also lost their first game of the year last weekend as he talks about facing them in Gillette tonight.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE RODEO RESULTS

The Sheridan college men's rodeo team had a strong showing in Casper, WY this weekend with a 4th place finish. The team was led by team roper Matt Schieck from Casper.

Matt and his brother Brad who rodeos for the University of WY won the long round with a time of 6.2 seconds, they placed 3rd in the shirt round and 3rd in the average.

Shane Stevens from Hawk Springs, WY placed 4th in the first round in the Bareback riding with a 68 pt ride, he placed 4th in the second round with a 62 point ride, putting Shane 3rd in the average.

Bison Boys Win Big, Girls Win and Tie

The Bison boys' soccer team posted two big conference wins over the weekend, defeating Newcastle and Torrington.
On Friday the boys hosted Newcastle and shut out the Dogies 4-0.
Saturday they traveled to Torrington and defeated the Trailblazers 8-0.

April 17th

WEEKEND SOCCER / TRACK AND FIELD

BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc soccer team swept conference games from the Cheyenne schools. They beat Cheyenne East in overtime 3-2 and came back with a 4-0 shut out of Cheyenne Central.

Head coach Kevin Riser says the players really had to extend themselves in the second game after going overtime the night before

The first round of conference play is over and the Broncs sit at 3-2 with losses at Laramie and Kelly Walsh.

BRONC SOCCER BACK ON THE WINNING TRACK

BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc soccer team broke a two game losing streak last night with a 3-2 overtime win over Cheyenne East.

The T-Birds scored 1st but the Broncs got goals from Riley Ryan and Kurt Price to take a 2-1 halftime lead.

East tied the game up early in the second half and regulation ended with the teams tied at 2-all.

Late in the second overtime period the Broncs broke through on a goal from senior Zach Will for the game winner.

Will says even though it got late in the game they kept the pressure on the T-birds.

April 13th

BRONC SOCCER AT HOME WITH CHEYENNE EAST TONIGHT

BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc soccer team hosts a conference match tonight they host Cheyenne East games are at 4:00 and 6:00 and tomorrow they host Cheyenne Central also at 4:00 and 6:00.

LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Lady Bronc will play at central tomorrow and East Saturday they've won three in a row and Head coach Tom Racette says they girls are on a good run right now.

And he says the scoring is up this season they are averaging three goals in the last three games but they do have some area's where they need to work.
