BIG WEEKEND IN LOCAL SPORTS

BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Sheridan Broncs and Lady Broncs get back on the court tonight.

The Lady Broncs are 9-1 and will play at Billings Senior tonight, they beat them in early December in a tight game at home.

Tomorrow they host Natrona county varsity tip off is at 4:30 the game will be broadcast live on 95.9 FM.

The Broncs are 8-2 and will host Billings Senior tonight and play at Natrona county tomorrow.

Busy Weekend For Jo Co HS Sports Starts Today

Johnson County high school athletes have a busy weekend ahead of them as all teams will be in action.
The Bison basketball team will host the Rawlins Outlaws tonight at BHS, games are scheduled at 4, 5:30 and 7.
The Lady Bison basketball team is traveling to Rawlins and will also play at 4, 5:30 and 7.
The boys will travel to Lander on Saturday and the girls will host Lander at BHS, games are scheduled at 2, 3:30 and 5.
The Kaycee Buckaroos and Lady Bucs basketball teams took on Midwest last night in Kaycee, we'll have results when available.

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS PICK UP VICTORIES

The Sheridan college basketball teams played home games last night with Central Wyoming and swept two tight games.

The Lady Generals had a one point halftime lead against the Rustlers and other than an early tie score in the second half they led the rest of the way for a 72-65 win.

Sophomores Fallon Lewis and Laura Pelse led the scoring with 26 and 22 points as they go to 3-0 on conference play.

Sheridan Dominates Wrestling Meet With Buffalo

The Buffalo Bison Wrestlers hosted a dual with the Sheridan Broncs on Tuesday, and the Broncs dominated, winning the dual 59-12.
Individually, the Bison had two wins: at 106, Kyle Burton beat Braxton Cooper by pin, and at 126, Jon Land beat Derek Berretinni by pin.
The Bison will be at the Miles City, Montana Invite Friday and Saturday.
Also this week, The Bison boys and girls basketball teams will have games Friday and Saturday.
The Boys will host Rawlins on Friday, while the girls travel to Rawlins for their game.

SHERIDAN HAWKS HOCKEY

Local hockey this past weekend, the Sheridan Hawks Bantam team played Riverton, Sheridan won both games keeping them on top of the standings with a record so far of 7-2-1.

SHERIDAN COLLEGE BASKETBALL TONIGHT

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams play at home tonight hosting games with Central Wyoming both games will be broadcast live on 14-10 KWYO and 95.9 FM.

The women's game will start at 5:30 and the men at 7:30.

The Lady Generals have won four in a row and stand at 2-0 in conference games as they take on the Rustlers tonight. Head coach Frank McCarthy says it should be a good match up tonight.
