March 9th

3-A / 4-A STATE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Sheridan Lady Broncs beat Natrona county 48-43 to take 3rd place.

Gillette girls whipped Cheyenne East 69-48 for the 4-A title.

Evanston wins back to back 4-A championships taking down Riverton 54-50.

Star Valley high school got the double winning both 3-A State titles.

March 8th

Lady Broncs Defeated by Cheyenne East

The Lady Broncs lost to Cheyenne East tonight in a final score of 39 to 54. The Lady Broncs will play again tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. Be sure to tune in then on AM 1410 KWYO or 87.7 FM ESPN Radio.

March 7th

LADY BRONCS VS EAST IN THE STATE SEMI'S TONIGHT

LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Sheridan Lady Broncs cruised into the semi finals of the 4-A state tournament bracket with a 73-37 blow out of Green River.

They built up a 30-9 lead at the end of the first quarter and the competitive nature of the game was over. 10 of 11 players scored in the game with Baylee Baker leading the way with 10 points.

Today they play their conference rival Cheyenne East in one semi final at 4:30 this evening we will have it live for you on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

The other girls 4-A semi final will have Natrona county playing Gillette.

Lady Bison Drop Opener At State, Powell Next Opponent

The Buffalo Lady Bison (#4E) had their opening-round game with Star Valley (#1W) Thursday morning and fell 64-32.

The loss drops Buffalo into the Consolation Bracket where they will take on the Powell Lady Panthers who lost to Rawlins 55-45 on Thursday.

The game between Buffalo and Powell will tipoff at 9am Friday morning at Casper College with the loser heading home, and the winner going to the Consolation Championship Game.

Lady Bison Begin State Tournament Today In Casper

The lone representative from Buffalo High School in the 3A State Basketball Tournament this week, the Lady Bison, will begin their quest for a championship as they take on Star Valley today in Casper.

LADY BRONCS / GREEN RIVER OPEN THE STATE BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

LADY BRONC BASKEBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs open the 4-A state basketball tournament today. They play the Green River Wolves we will have the game live for you this morning at 9:00 on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

The Lady Broncs will be a big favorite today in the game with the Wolves but Head coach Sean Yeager says the players are focused on the big picture of having a chance to win a state title and having a let down against Green River isn't an option.

March 5th

LADY BRONCS OPEN STATE HOOPS TOURNAMENT THURSDAY

LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs broncs open the 4-A state basketball tournament tomorrow as a number one seed. They play the Green River Wolves we will have the game live for you on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

The Lady Broncs are 22-2 overall Green River is 5-21 they played the opening weekend of the regular season in December with the Lady Broncs winning 66-36.

Lady Bronc Head coach Sean Yeager says they are looking at getting deep into the tournament will not be over looking any opponent.

March 4th

LADY BRONCS PREPARE FOR STATE HOOPS / SPRING SPORTS BEGIN

LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Sheridan Lady Broncs bronc basketball team opens the 4-A state tournament as a number one seed Thursday morning they open with green river in the first game in the bracket at 9:00.

In the last two weekends the Lady Broncs have won the regular season conference title and the conference tournament title beating Gillette twice on the way to both titles.

Head coach Sean Yeager says it was especially good for the Lady Broncs to win that conference tournament championship on Gillette's home court.
