Reports surfaced over the weekend that the entire Big Horn high school football coaches staff was told they would not return next season. A source told Sheridan media sports this happened before the Rams playoff game at Lyman. No district one administrators were available for comment Monday afternoon as Big Horn high school was celebrating It's being named a Blue Ribbon school.

4-A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL - It's the Sheridan Broncs and Cheyenne East Saturday in Laramie for the 4-a state championship football game.

We will have the game for you live on14-10 KWYO the broadcast will begin at 3:30 with the Bronc pregame show presented by First Federal savings bank kickoff is scheduled at 4:00.

Now that fall sports seasons are done, at least for the Johnson County schools, the attention will turn to winter sports: Basketball, boys' swimming and wrestling.
Teams arebusy preparing for opening weekend, which will be December 2 and 3 for boys' and girls' basketball and wrestling, and a week later, December 9 for swimming.
The Bison boys' basketball team will open their season with the East/West Tournament in Cody, while the Lady Bison will host this year's East/West Tournament at BHS.
