Stars of Tomorrow

The contestants for the annual Kiwanis Stars of Tomorrow competition rehearsed Thursday night in anticipation of the big contest Friday evening at the WYO Theater in Sheridan. The show starts tonight at 7 o'clock sharp.

Six of County's Finest Selected to Shrine Bowl

The rosters have been finalized for the 41st Annual Shrine Bowl all-star football game. The six selectees from Sheridan County are from the left: Daniel Sessions, Colter Carzoli, Nick Gill, Connor McCafferty, Tyler Julian (alternate) and Justin Orum. In addition to these players Mike McGuire from Big Horn has been selected as a North Assistant Coach.

Robbi Ryan with the last home point of the season!

The last home point of the season for the Sheridan Lady Broncs was by none other than Sophomore Robbi Ryan as she nailed this free-throw in Saturday's 49 to 38 victory over the Laramie Lady Plainsmen. The Lady Broncs stand at 18-1 overall and 7-0 in conference play with just three games left in the regular season - all on the road.

Big Horn's Cheerleading Dynamo - Victoria

The ever present, ever cheering, Victoria with help from the Ram Mascot cheered the home team and crowd on to victory over the visiting Tongue River Eagles in Friday evening action in Big Horn. Victoria, who often works the crowd on her own, was joined by her sister and others who dawned the Ram mascot attire in shifts as they cheered the Rams on to a 72 to 38 de-feathering of the Eagles.

Been To A SHS Basketball Game Lately?

If you haven't been to a Sheridan High School basketball game lately you're missing more than just basketball games. The student section seems to always have their theme for the evening. The theme for last Friday's games was Rock and Roll (more from 80s Rock)!

Five of County's Finest Play in Shrine Bowl

Rosters have been set for the 41st Annual Shrine Bowl all-star football game, which will be played June 14 in Casper. Five of the 20 for the North team are from Sheridan County. They are from the left: Daniel Sessions, Colter Carzoli, Nick Gill, Connor McCafferty and Justin Orum. Several alternates will be announced later.
