Yes, after over one million miles spread over 36 years Agnes Blaney in Bus #15 officially retired as a Sheridan County School District No. 2 and Sheridan College bus driver on Friday. She will be missed by students, parents, teachers, coaches and fellow bus drivers. Scroll down to see more of her last day on the job.

What may look like a 2011 Dodge Ram Truck unveiling is actually a decoration near the entrance of the Big Horn High School Gymnasium where on Sunday at 3:00 pm 31 Big Horn Ram and Lady Ram Seniors received their diplomas.

Have you ever zipped by Landons Green House & Nursery on South Coffeen Avenue, across from the college, at 45 miles per hour and wondered how spelling garden - "Gardan" on their sign can keep the deer from eating their flowers? Time for a Hershey - A Hershey Track Meet That Is

On a beautiful make-up day the Hershey track meet went off without a hitch on Tuesday afternoon on Scott Field in Sheridan. In the age 9-10 girl's 200 Meter Dash Chloe Schilling took 1st Place with a time of 27.41 as she comes across the finish line in lane #5 wearing her "I Love My Puppy" shirt.

Big Horn High School Valedictorian and Salutatorian

Sunday afternoon The Class of 2011 Commencement Ceremony was held at the Big Horn High School. Valedictorian, Colby Wollenman and Salutatorian, Nelson Alzheimer addressed the audience and the 29 other Seniors who were about to graduate. Prior to the presentation of diplomas, scholarships were presented, the armed forces were recognized, a commencement address by Mr.

All "slickered" up Eatons' Cowboys trail 100+ horses in the rain down 5th Street and into Sheridan on the annual horse drive from winter pasture, through Sheridan and on to the ranch at Wolf Creek, Wyoming. Let'em Fly

Our hats go off to the Sheridan High School Class of 2011 - as did theirs at 2:22 pm on Sunday at the conclusion of graduation ceremonies inside the main gym. The program started at 1:00 pm with the Processional "Fanfare and Processional" by the 9-11 Grade Band, followed by the "Star Spangled Banner" which was sung by Spectrum and then the welcome address by Principal Dirlene Wheeler.

Eatons' Annual Horse Drive

At 9:48 am Sunday morning and close to schedule the annual Eatons' Horse Drive of over 100 horses passed under Interstate 90 and past the "City of Sheridan - Entrance to Historic District" sign as they headed down East 5th Street into Sheridan. In 1904 the Eaton brothers moved from North Dakota to the present ranch location on Wolf Creek west of Sheridan.
