Broncs Stampede the Bison

Friday night in the Sheridan High School gym it was all Broncs as they stampeded the Cheyenne South Bison 77 to 34. #32 Riley Ryan made good on this early jam that was mirrored later by #15 Jonah Lehmann. In the center at halftime the Bronc Mascot got into the action with a hoof over the eyes free throw.

The State Golf Banner has a Home (updated)

During halftime of Friday's basketball game the "Wyoming State 4A 2011 Boys Golf Champions" banner was presented to the Sheridan High School Boys Golf Team. Golf may be over for the season but most of the multi-talented team members have moved on to basketball and are shown holding the banner in their basketball uniforms.

Missing Golf?

If you're missing golf and want to rub elbows with some great golfers come and celebrate Sheridan's 2011 State Golf Championship at halftime of the basketball game Friday night. Sheridan's All-State Golfers for 2011 Chris Cremer and Kamrin Allen, shown here, will join their teammates as the team is presented with the State Championship Banner.

Fifty-three years ago, on January 21, 1959 President Dwight D. Eisenhower sent this telegram to Sheridan's Mayor Jack D. Mullinax upon learning that Sheridan had received recognition as an All-American City for 1958.

Big Horn Native Miles Kobold - Year End Header

Results of the final round of the 31st Anniversary of the Montana PRCA Pro Rodeo Circuit Finals from the Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls, Montana on January 15, 2012 show Big Horn native Miles Kobold in the #1 position in Year End heading with $12,783.05 just beating out Delon Parker who finished in the #2 spot with $12,722.39.

Aliya, Carleigh, Mary and Hanna, shown here, and Hayle, Kaya, Kynlee, Chloe, Miah, Lilan, Bailey, & McKayla of the "Little Eagle Cheerleaders" invite you to come watch them cheer for the Eagles and Lady Eagles of Tongue River HIgh School. The girls range from 1st grade through the 5th grade.

Dinner for 38 at 4:15 pm - no reservations needed

A huge herd of antelope including these 38 are busy having dinner as the sunsets west of the large open field just south of the college Tuesday afternoon.
