Sheridan's Bill Avery conducted the Sheridan Concert Band - the 2nd Concert in the Park of 2012 - on a beautiful Tuesday evening as this "High Dynamic Range" photo indicates. The next Concert in the Park, on July 10th, is the Smokehouse Band from Minnesota that concert organizer David Kuzara says is "Awesome" and so far this season he is two for two when it comes to quality concerts.

Firefighters responded to a fire just off of Ash Creek Road in northern Sheridan County early Tuesday evening.
