What looks like snow near the Big Horn Mercantile on Johnson Street in Big Horn is actually cotton from the nearby trees. The cotton mixed in with a few dandelion seeds gets moved by the wind and piled up in the new grown grass giving the illusion of "Snow in May." And to think this chilly looking photo was taken when the temperature was near Wednesday's expected high of 81 degrees.

The Sheridan Bronc golf team racked up their 31st consecutive victory at the Sheridan E. R. "Scoop" Shovlain Invitational at the Kendrick Municipal Golf Course on Tuesday.
