This Selkirk Crabapple with its profusion of fragrant flowers was seen in Big Horn on Thursday as it basked in the sun before the arrival of rain forecast for the weekend. The Selkirk Crabapple - Malus 'Selkirk' - is a member of the Rosaceae - Rose Family suited to the Sheridan area with its hardiness zone rating of 4-7.
