Full Wolf Moon

Full Wolf Moon is the name of the first full moon of 2012. Full moon names date back to Native Americans of a few hundred years ago. Tribes kept track of the changing seasons by giving distinctive names to each recurring full moon. Amid the cold and deep snows of mid-winter, the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Indian villages - thus the name Full Wolf Moon.

Rams Top Wright 61-46

Is is soccer, football or basketball as Big Horn's Tony Mort appears to have kicked the basketball to teammate Conner McCafferty in front of Wright's 6'2" Arren Jones - it must have been a high kick.

"I Gotta Feeling that tonight's gonna be a good night"

As Big Horn Lady Ram Erica O'Dell guards Wright Lady Panther Brittany Belt on their way down court they pass in front of the Big Horn Pep Band. The sheet music on the stand is "I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyes Peas. The Pep Band may have played just the music but no doubt the lyrics set the tone for Friday night's game between the Big Horn and Wright girls varsity basketball game.
