115 hearty souls plunged into Lake DeSmet, including Nancy and Clint Spence of Sheridan, in the 25th Annual Polar Bear Plunge at Lake DeSmet at 1:00 pm, Sunday, January 1st. Nancy and Clint live in Sheridan but Clint works in Anchorage, Alaska and he thought the water was cold even by Alaska standards. Organizers made a couple last minute changes.
