At halftime during the recent Sheridan Broncs & Rock Springs Tigers football game the following came over the public address system: "Sheridan High School Students and Staff are pleased to present a check in the amount of $2015.50 to the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Foundation to support the Welch Cancer Center project in Sheridan.

Time to turn off the water and enjoy the fall colors

Thursday afternoon, motorists descending from Red Grade were treated to this view as they approached the Polo Ranch. It is nearing that time of year when the pivot sprinklers get parked for the winter and the green leaves of summer turn gold - signaling that colder days are returning.

Lady Bronc Netters in Action

In a strong third game Lady Bronc Senior #6 Kaitlyn Englert goes up high for the block as her teammates #5 Kira Kirkham, #12 Hartley Stewart, #10 Kindle Kirkham, #9 Stephany Sessions & #13 Karsyn Lamb watch Lady Camel Briana Long hit the ball into the net to give Sheridan a 25 to 17 victory.

Riparian Workshop @ South Park

A good number of people turned out for the outdoor riparian workshop at South Park in Sheridan Tuesday. The workshop was sponsored by Sheridan County and was an opportunity for the public to give input on the County's Riparian Management Code that is being developed.

Sheridan's Payton Brilz Churns Up the Water

Sheridan sophomore Payton Brilz churned up the water at the Sheridan Invite on Saturday taking 7th in the 200 Freestyle, 5th in the 100 Freestyle and 4th with her teammates in the 100 & 400 Relays.

In 7th Grade Football Action the Indians outscore the Broncs

On a quarterback keeper with 25-seconds to go in the 1st half Sheridan's Sandis Cook runs into the end zone for the 7th Grade Broncs only score against the Lodge Grass Indians at Byron Chamberlain Field on Saturday morning.

September 23rd

Sheridan rolls over Rock Springs 28 to 0

On the first play from scrimmage Nate Kane takes the hand off from Kevin Bakkehaug and runs around the left side, in front of a near capacity home crowd, for 76-yards into the end zone to give the Broncs 6-points just 24-seconds into the game Friday evening against the Rock Springs Tigers.

Show off your Colors Tonight

Reata Brannaman and Pet are showing off the National Colors - show off yours tonight by wearing pink at the football game between the Sheridan Broncs and the Rock Springs Tigers. Kickoff is at 7:00 pm on Scott Field in Sheridan.
