The Sheridan North Main Street Reconstruction Project is headed into the homestretch with only a 10 foot "void" to fill before Sheridan once again has a continuous concrete Main Street from Burkitt Street to Fort Road.

"After a Night Out on the Town". . . wrestling with a pig

After an evening of pig wrestling the Tarver Construction team of: Michelle Larson, Jen Tarver, Haley Clark and Jennifer Reed pose on their way to the showers. H&H Masonry bid $150 on the Tarver team but failed to take any money home as the gals had a good time en route to their NT (no time).

Beautiful Day for Golf

Saturday was a beautiful day for golf as 29 teams hit the links at the Powder Horn for the Annual SHS Booster Club tourney while 9-miles to the north 21 teams teed off in the Holy Name School Golf Tournament. The team of Lisa Rice, Stacey Staben and Laura Lehan is seen here working their way around Kendrick Golf Course. Scroll down for a bit more.

Volunteers of America - Northern Rockies teamed up with Bella Graphics & Display - Capacity To Care and the American Legion - Post #7 to place this huge "Support a Veteran Today" graphic on the side of the American Legion building on Brooks Street.

Have Flags - Will Fly

Just before the Sunday afternoon rain shower Jeff (JB) Brown from Portland Oregon had many of his flags-a-flying on the vacant lot in front of Home Depot - making the U.S. flag on top of Home Depot look rather small flying off in the distant. JB said, "We have almost every flag you can think of . . .

"Hot Rod Hogs" barrel the Hog in 35.9-seconds

Sponsored by A3 Services L.L.C. the "Hot Rod Hogs" team of: Josie & Brayton Ankney and Lousia & Thomas Sorenson beat out 7 other teams in the Pee Wee Division of Pig Wrestling Saturday night to take 1st Place Honors with a time of 35.90. Zowada Steel bid just $45 on the team that garnered them Calcutta Winnings of $374.40 while the team took home $168.

It's a family affair at the Johnson County Fair & Rodeo.

The youth rodeo is all about family and fun, and the support of the county's youth. There was something for all ages to compete in, from dummy roping, to barrels, poles, steer riding, and roping.
