Where you don't see these or any other speed limit signs on Sheridan County Roads starting July 1st, it means that: Effective July 1, 2011, the new statutory speed limits for County roads are: Residential district and subdivision roads - 30 mph; Unpaved roads - 55 mph (unless posted otherwise); Paved roads - 65 mph (unless posted otherwise).
