Sheridan G&F Open House To Discuss Wolves, Regulations

The Sheridan Regional Office of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department will have an Open House Wednesday, May 7th from 3 to 5pm to gather public input on the proposed 2014 gray wolf hunting seasons, changes to license issuance and hunter safety regulations.

County Commission Sets Budget Meetings

The Johnson County Commissioners have tentatively set their budget meetings for this year, to work on the coming 2015 annual budget.

New Gatchell Exhibit Features Cloud Peak Wilderness

This coming Friday, May 9th , the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum in Buffalo will offer a new temporary exhibit entitled “Untrammeled: 50 Years of the Wilderness Act Through The Viewfinder.”

The exhibit features historic and modern photographs of the Cloud Peak Wilderness area side-by-side to compare the areas 90-plus years apart.

Walleye Club drops old Christmas trees in Lake DeSmet

The Northern Wyoming Walleyes Unlimited Club did their part to help out the natural habitats for fish in Lake DeSmet, by recycling old Christmas trees.

Cowboy Carousel Center opens enrollment
