Wyoming may be known as the Equality State – being the first state to give women the right to vote. But, most people probably do not know that it was Wyoming's first territorial governor, John Campbell, who made certain that right was not taken away.

Thomas Wyman Changes Plea

Thomas and Toni Wyman provided marijuana to several minors, including their two daughters, in 2009.

42-year-old Thomas Wyman changed his plea to Guilty on several counts in 4th Judicial District Court Tuesday. Per a plea agreement with the State, one of the seven counts was dismissed and two were amended to misdemeanor status.
