Pedestrian Killed in Hit & Run

A tragic incident occurred just south of Cheyenne January 25th on US Highway 85. Sgt. Stephen Townsend with the Wyoming Highway Patrol issued a report Thursday indicating that a pedestrian who was walking on the highway had been struck by a vehicle. Sgt.

Black Tie Bingo Tix Available

"Mardi Gras with a Western Attitude" is the theme of the 6th Annual Rotary Black Tie Bingo, to be held February 5th in Sheridan.

Tickets are still available for the 6th Annual Rotary Black Tie Bingo event, to be held Saturday, February 5th at the Kalif Shrine Center on Loucks Street in Sheridan. Sheridan Media is co-sponsoring the festivities, which are held each year as a benefit to a local non-profit.

Winter has been tough on big game in northeast Wyoming this year.

The winter we've been experiencing in northeast Wyoming has made it extremely difficult for big game animals to find food on winter ranges. The north Gillette and Moorcroft areas have been hit the hardest with bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills over the past week.

1st Snowpack Report Looks Promising

DCI Makes Drug Arrest

Special Agent Louie Williams, team leader with the Northeast Enforcement Team of the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, issued a media release indicating that Tuesday, February 1st, members of his team arrested 43-year-old Tina Lynn Smith on a warrant issued out of Sheridan Circuit Court.
