Cloud Peak Rezone, Plat on Council's Radar

Last week we reported that the City of Sheridan Planning Commission recommended approval of the Cloud Peak Ranch Sixteenth Filing rezone and preliminary plat. The rezone will change 2.6 acres from R-3 residence to an R-1 residence district.
