Clear Creek Challenge Set For Saturday In Buffalo

The First Clear Creek Challenge 5K and 10K race will be this Saturday in Buffalo.

The run is hosted by the Powder Pass Nordic Club in conjunction with the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce's Oktoberfest, and is a fundraiser for the Powder Pass Nordic Club.

Over the past two fiscal years, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department has had nearly $7 million cut from their budget. This has resulted in the department having to make cuts in education programs, conservation, and wildlife monitoring.

The tour began in the Inner Circle of the library, moved to the Wyoming Room and then ventured out to the cemetery, amidst thunder, lightening, and then what turned into a downpour. Tuesday night was the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery Program conducted by local educator and historian Tyson Emborg.
