At their last meeting the Buffalo City Council heard an update from City Attorney Ben Kirven on a number of issues he is currently working on, including the moratorium on the city providing water to residents outside the city limits.

GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) - Snowstorms like the one this past week can cause problems for newborn calves across Wyoming.

Ranchers have been checking on calves to make sure they didn't die in the storm. There have been reports of some calves perishing.

Tom Kinnison, President of Whitney Benefits, said the investment is one of many intended to benefit the community as a whole.
