Game and Fish Information Gathering Meeting Will Be Held in Sheridan

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is holding a series of public information gathering meetings to discuss proposed regulations, including black bear seasons, falconry, raptor propagation and wildlife propagation.

Incident at Bar Leads to Arrests

Two individuals from Sheridan were arrested Friday night after an incident at Rendezvous Liquor and Lounge. According to a Sheridan Police Department report, officers arrived on scene shortly after 6:30, and upon investigation, arrested 35-year-old Erica Stearns for Unlawful Touching.

UW Professor Publishes Book About the First Coloradans

A University of Wyoming anthropologist has published a new book about the earliest inhabitants of Colorado. Marcel Kornfeld says the book describes how people in Middle Park, Colorado lived between 13,000 and 8,000 years ago.

November is National Model Railroad Month and Sheridan's Model Railroad Association put on quite a show Saturday. They displayed a room full of model trains in the old Taylor School basement and Sheridan Media's Judy Hagerott was there and brings us this story.
