CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A uranium company has secured a $20 million state industrial development revenue bond to begin production at an in-situ uranium mine in northeast Wyoming. The bond for Uranerz Energy Corp. carries a 5.75 percent interest rate.

On Sunday morning, December 7, 1941, the American Army and Navy base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was attacked by the Imperial Japanese Navy. The attack came as a surprise to the American Army and Navy and lead to great losses of life and equipment.
