Mead Still Mulling State Lottery Board Members

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Gov. Matt Mead says he's still going over names of people to serve on the board that will bring the lottery to Wyoming. Mead must appoint a nine-member board that will oversee the quasi-governmental corporation that will run the lottery.
