CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Former Vice President Dick Cheney's daughter Liz Cheney says she will run against Wyoming's senior U.S. senator in next year's Republican primary. She announced her campaign in a statement Tuesday, and the news was confirmed by her campaign manager, Kara Hearn.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming Sen. Mike Enzi has announced he will seek re-election. Wyoming's senior U.S. senator announced Tuesday that he intends to run next year. He says he intends to make another, formal announcement at a later date.

NEWY to Host Tour of Northeast Wyoming in Early August

The Northeast Wyoming Municipal Leaders Association, or NEWY, will be hosting a tour next month that will give delegates from Washington D.C. the opportunity see firsthand the benefits of coal mining in northeastern Wyoming.

Sheridan County Approves Budget

The Sheridan County Commissioners approved the County's budget for the fiscal year Tuesday morning. Sheridan County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller says that the $15.7 million budget is considerably less than it was just four years ago.
