Following comments from neighbors opposed to the motion, the Sheridan City Planning Commission on Monday recommended approval of a rezone at Cloud Peak Ranch 16 from an R-1 residential district to an R-3 residential district. Sheridan Media's Chris Foy was there and has the story.
