The Buffalo Senior Center had their annual Pie Auction Fundraiser Friday night, and unofficially raised just over $2,900 to benefit the Meals on Wheels and other programs at the senior center.

At their last meeting the Buffalo City Council heard reports from each of the department heads.

Building Inspector Toby Rhoades reported that he has issued nine building permits so far in 2013, up from the seven issued in 2012.
