19-year-old Dylan Todd was sentenced in 4th Judicial District Court in Sheridan Thursday morning. He had been originally charged with Sexual Assault of a Minor in the 2nd Degree for an incident that had occurred in mid-December, 2010 involving a then-13-year-old girl. Todd was 17 at the time of the incident.
