CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Supreme Court has ordered a lawyer representing a Sheridan teenager serving a life sentence in a 2009 home invasion killing to present information about how a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision could affect the teen's sentence.
Sheridan County was recently awarded $300,000 in community development block grant funds to allow for the expansion of the Public Health Building to accommodate the Sheridan Health Center, formerly known as the Free Clinic of Sheridan County.
When Sheridan County Commissioners approved the distribution amount of a TANF grant at their June, 19th meeting, they were under the impression that the grant would be in the amount of $50,000, as it has been in years past.
The Civic Theater Guild of Sheridan is hosting auditions for aspiring actors to be in this fall's presentation of “Angel Street” by Patrick Hamilton. Rehersals begin shortly after auditions and the presentation will be through the month of October.
