House Fire on North Broadway

Sheridan Fire-Rescue responded to a house fire at 10th and Broadway in Sheridan shortly after 10 o'clock Saturday evening. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter reports that flames and smoke could be seen billowing out of a window on the west side of the home.

Buffalo Building Inspector Reports Increase In Permits

Buffalo's Building Inspector Toby Rhoades gave a report to the city council at their last meeting August 7th, saying he has seen increases in the requests for building permits.

Survey Says

In April of this year, the Sheridan Recreation District held a community meeting to get public input on the future of Kendrick Pool, which is now 75 years old. From that meeting, a steering committee was formed and a community survey was put together to garner input on rebuilding Kendrick Pool.

Silent Auction Today To Benefit Reservation Schools

M.O.R.E Ministries in Sheridan is hosting a silent auction today to raise money to help our neighbors to the north get their school year kicked off in style.
