Lightning Causes Several Fires Around the Region

Officials with the Bighorn National Forest Service have confirmed that lightning that moved through the area Thursday sparked several small fires in the National Forest and one on private land near the Bud Love Wildlife Management Area.

The Leadership Sheridan County class of 2012 celebrated their graduation at the Chamber of Commerce luncheon Wednesday. Twenty-five new graduates from various businesses around the community were recognized for their successful completion of the nine-month commitment to study community issues.
