A new addition to this year's Sheridan Wyo Rodeo is the annual Rodeo Clown Reunion, where retired rodeo clowns from all over the country will spend a good part of this week taking in the events. Rodeo Board Chairman Zane Garstad.

Sheridan Wyo Rodeo week is officially underway and the first of four PRCA rodeo performances is set to kick off this Wednesday night at the fairgrounds. While there are many events throughout rodeo week that are geared for all ages, one event in particular isn't necessarily kid friendly.

Governor Matt Mead announced Friday that he appointed William Edelman as the Fourth Judicial District Judge for Johnson County.

Boot Kick-Off

It's the signal that Rodeo Week is here; it's the annual Sheridan WYO Rodeo boot kick-off. It began years ago on Main Street, moved to Kendrick Park, and now, in its second year, the boot kick-off took place Saturday evening on the back lawn of Sheridan College.
