The Wyoming Game And Fish Commission has been meeting in Lander this week to discuss a number of issues including the proposed lease of water at Lake DeSmet. They chose to stick to the original lease conditions and not negotiate at all with Johnson County.

The Sagebrush Community Art Center, in the historic train depot, is hosting an American Indian art show and sale Thursday from 5-7 p.m. The exhibit will be up until the end of the month, but this week provides a unique opportunity to meet the artists.

Youth Triathlon This Saturday In Buffalo

The Buffalo Swim Club's second annual Iron Youth Triathlon is this Saturday at the Johnson County Family YMCA in Buffalo.

The competition is for kids up to age 15, participating in swimming, biking and running events.
