The Sheridan City Council held a special meeting Monday to fill the Ward Two seat left vacant by John Bigelow's resignation at the end of March. In a blind paper ballot vote, the Council nominated applicant Kristin Kelly to serve the remainder of Bigelow's term, which runs through this year.
