At their last meeting April 17, the Johnson County Commissioners awarded their scholarships to area high school seniors and one college student.

Starting this fall, students at Sheridan College will have the opportunity to study sustainable food systems with new courses that include food, ethics, and sustainability and exploring sustainability in agriculture.

Sheridan County State Legislator Bruce Burns said the Invasive Aquatic Species control program in Wyoming has been a resounding success.
