Buffalo Senior Center Pie Auction Fundraiser Tonight

The Buffalo Senior Center will be having their annual Pie Auction Fundraiser tonight at the senior center starting at 6:30pm.

National Drug Take-Back Day Saturday, April 28

Johnson County Sheriff's Deputy Kelly Waugh and Buffalo Police Sergeant Garth Nicholas at last year's Drug Take-Back event.

The Buffalo/Johnson County Community Resource Center, in cooperation with the Buffalo Police Department and the Johnson County Sheriff's Office will be conducting a drug take-back event in celebration of the National Drug Take-Back Day Saturday, April 28th from 10am to 2pm.

Buffalo Asks Rec Board To Help Name Greenleaf Park

Buffalo City Works Director Les Hook asked the city council at their meeting Tuesday if the council wanted to give the right to name the park in the Greenleaf Subdivision to the Johnson County Recreation District Board.

Vols Still Needed For Public Health Drill Next Month

Johnson County Public Health will be conducting a drill for a possible “biological event” with the help of County Emergency Management and other agencies. The drill is scheduled for Monday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 15 and volunteers are still needed.

WWA Hosts Grand Finale Gala

The Wyoming Wilderness Association is hosting a grand finale gala event Friday to wrap up the silent auction, which is ongoing until the event starts at 5 PM.
