Johnson County School District No. 1, in addition to looking at and hopefully convincing the Wyoming Legislature to change how funding recapture and entilement districts is done, is also trying to mold the state's Regional Cost Adjustment (RCA) into a better-working plan for the district.

Saturday was a night for folks to get all dressed up for an evening of laughter, fun, and all for a good cause. It was the seventh annual Black Tie Bingo sponsored by the Rotary Club.
