CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming's unemployment rate has reached its lowest level in over three years. The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported that Wyoming's unemployment rate declined slightly between October and November, going from 5.2 percent to 5.1 percent.
