The Sheridan County Commissioners said this morning they're waiting for word from Johnson County before they can proceed forward with Lake DeSmet negotiations. The commissioners previously chose one of two proposals that would entail one county buying out the other county's interests in the lake.

SD#2 Approves $50K for SEEDA Study Redo

The Sheridan County School District #2 board of trustees approved a request from Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Chair, Dr. Paul Young, for an additional $50,000 in grant funds to build upon a Target Industries Study from 2007.

Buffalo Council To File Grant Application For Pipeline

At their meeting Tuesday afternoon, Buffalo's City Council will discuss and likely approve Resolution No. 1349 which will allow the city to pursue further funding for the NW Water Pipeline Project from the Wyoming Water Development Commission, or WWDC.
