City Looks to Garner Feedback for North Main Master Plan Update

The City of Sheridan along with the Sonoran Institute and North Main Association are hosting a series of round table discussions this week where consultants with Russell Mills Studios are taking feedback from key stakeholders regarding the area around the proposed new North Main interchange.

With the Radiology department signed off by the State Department of Health, the Johnson County Healthcare Center's 2012 Construction Project is essentially complete, and their attention will now turn to the next step in their Capital Improvements Plan, the 2016 project to replace the aging Amie Holt Care Center.

French Film Crew Tapes At Occidental This Weekend

A film crew working for a French television program highlighting places to travel in the world was in Northeast Wyoming this weekend and stopped by the Occidental Hotel in Buffalo Saturday night to film the locals, some background history of the hotel and the town and some local talent as well.

Over 150 people attended the dedication of the new Black Diamond Byway which took place Saturday at the Kleenburn Recreation Area just north of Sheridan. Sheridan Media's Judy Hagerott was there as another piece of history was being made.
