York Place To Get a Makeover

The York Place planned unit development on East Montana Street in Sheridan was originally proposed as 24 infill units of affordable housing. Each unit was to be a duplex, that more resembled a home than a duplex, but the project folded and went into foreclosure after only four units were built.

There was a moment of collective silence Saturday as everyone held their breath while the name was drawn.  The winner would receive over $2,500 in prizes and services from the 26 vendors on hand at Sheridan Media’s annual Bridal Prevue held in the atrium of the Holiday Inn.
