Jo Co IT Sets Procedures, Will Get New Server

The Johnson County Courthouse had an issue with their server a few weeks ago, and with County Information Technology Specialist Rande Money gone that day, it took some time to get the servers up again, due to a lack of communication between departments in the building.

Mosier Gulch Trail Extension Completed

The extension of the Clear Creek Trail System through Mosier Gulch to the Bighorn National Forest boundary has been completed, according to the company that built the trail.

According to the National Weather Service, elevated fire behavior today is anticipated for areas of NE Johnson County and portions of Natrona County today, as dry, warm and windy conditions occur this afternoon and early evening, ahead of a Canadian cold front.

Accident Closes Portion of I-90 Near Buffalo

An accident early Saturday evening closed a section of Interstate 90 just north of Buffalo. The incident occurred about 7 pm just south of the Rock Creek Exit in the eastbound lanes.

Concert Features Former Scholarship Recipients

A concert presented by former scholarship recipients of the Johnson County Arts and Humanities Council was Saturday afternoon at the Occidental Hotel in Buffalo.

21-year-old Gillette Man Dies in One-Vehicle Rollover

According to a news release from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, a 21-year-old Gillette man was killed in a one-vehicle crash after being ejected from his 2002 Chevy truck when it rolled Monday, September 12th about three miles east of Gillette in Campbell County on Interstate 90.
