Planners Seek Final Approval on SW Quadant Funding

The City of Buffalo and Johnson County, along with the Johnson County School District will be asked to jointly match funding for a grant from the state for improvements to the SW quadrant of the city.

At times, calling on the wind gods to do their thing, hang gliders from across the nation showed up at Sand Turn in the Big Horn Mountains to take to the air at the annual Hang Glider Fly In over the Labor Day Weekend.

Tongue River Fall Fest

It was the 2nd annual Fall Fest Saturday in Dayton at the Scott Bicentennial Park. An end of summer celebration put on by the Town of Dayton and Tongue River Valley Community Center, a small crowd gathered for food, music, and an assortment of vendors.

Council to Address Pathways Tonight

The Sheridan City Council will address a number of different issues at their first meeting of September tonight, as there are over twenty items on the agenda. Users of Mavrakis Pond will be glad to know that the parking lot may be getting a new look very soon.
