The department heads for the City of Sheridan met for nearly three hours Friday morning to discuss the panel committee's recommendation of Rocky Mountain Ambulance Service to provide EMS to the citizens of Sheridan.

Jeanine E. Jackson, of Sheridan, was confirmed by the Senate Thursday as Ambassador to the African Republic of Malawi, making her the first person from Wyoming to serve two times as an ambassador.
