The Wyoming Workforce Development Council will be hosting the Governor's Summit on Workforce Solutions this June.

The 2011 Governor's Summit on Workforce Solutions will be held in Riverton June 9th and 10th, and five outstanding Wyoming employers, individuals and / or projects will be recognized. This will only happen, however, if people send in nominations, which are now open.

City of Buffalo Fire Chief Gomer Gammon gave a report to the city council last week on the new fire truck the city ordered in 2010, saying it is ready and will be delivered to the city this week, barring any last-minute problems.

The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce wants businesses to "Paint the Town Green".

In the spirit of St. Patty's Day, the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce wants Chamber and Downtown Sheridan Association members to “Paint the Town Green” by decorating their store windows.
